We only ship to Denmark.

All orders within Denmark are shipped with DAO and costs 40kr.
Please allow 1-4 business days for
delivery of your package after the the package has been processed.
Please note that Made to order products take 2-4 weeks to produce. After
purchasing we will give you an estimated delivery time.

Return
There is a 14-day full right of return on all items, except custommade purchases.
The item returned must be unused and in the original condition, this includes tags.
The return-notice must be given on mail to youkanvest@gmail.com. The customer is
responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email, and
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it's approved, your
refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied in the original method
of payment, within a certain amount of days.

​Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted.
The right of complaints applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the
money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the
specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by
incorrect handling of the product. You must complain immediately
after you have discovered the defect/error. Return costs are covered
